A good pair of running OR trail shoes (preferably trail shoes) that HAVE NOT SEEN THEIR LAST MILE!

Workout gloves … (weight gloves, biking gloves, gardening gloves, etc.)

Plenty of water for before, during and after your workout!

Hat, sunscreen, and layered clothing for the early morning, and late afternoon classes.
